# CooList

The registry serves as a vetting device to make sure only good-faith green asset ramps and sustainability companies are on-boarded. 

The total number of allowed green asset ramps and tokens as well as their relative distributions are determined by Menthol DAO. Since the value of the service provided by the protocol is intrinsically tied to the quality of the green tokens procured, the DAO is inherently incentivized to ensure that only the most high-impact and transparent green tokens are green-listed.
