# CoolReserve

Menthol Protocol will keep a reserve of tokenized green assets in the CoolReserve. The reserve is composed of discounted green assets supplied by supported sustainability partners.

The purpose of the reserve is to have a constant supply of low-cost green assets to be used by CoolBot as a potential source.

Menthol CoolBot will attempt to source supported green tokens at the cheapest prices. That means it will still procure from DEXs (or any other market) and will only tap into the reserve if the price is more competitive.
